Terms of Service

The Midkhal service is provided by FZHUB, owned by Faisal Mohammed Saeed Alzahrani, under Freelance Document No. FL-XXXXXXXXX.

1. Definitions

"Midkhal" is a cloud service for bookings, ticketing and gate entry. "Venue" is the subscribing business. "Visitor" is the venue's customer.

2. Account and subscription

• You must keep your account details accurate and your credentials safe.
• Plans, prices and limits are listed on the pricing page; price changes apply to new subscriptions and renewals only.
• Subscriptions are paid in advance through PayLink, monthly or yearly, with no automatic recurring charge.
• When a plan ends there is a grace period, after which the venue moves to the Free plan with all data kept.

3. Visitor payments

Ticket payments go directly to the venue's own payment gateway account; Midkhal never collects money on the venue's behalf. The venue is responsible for its prices, refund policy and tax obligations.

4. Acceptable use

No unlawful activity under Saudi law, no spam and no attempts at unauthorised access.

5. Custom domains

The venue buys and renews its domain; Midkhal only connects it and issues its certificate.

6. Availability

We aim for continuous availability; the service may pause for maintenance or reasons beyond our control.

7. Termination

You may stop at any time; we may suspend accounts that breach these terms after notice.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
