Refund Policy

The Midkhal service is provided by FZHUB, owned by Faisal Mohammed Saeed Alzahrani, under Freelance Document No. FL-XXXXXXXXX.

1. Midkhal subscriptions

• Full refund of the first subscription payment within 7 days of payment.
• After that, remaining time is not refunded and the plan runs until the end of the paid period.
• On refund the venue returns to the Free plan and the subscription period is adjusted.
• Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–14 business days.

2. Visitor tickets

Ticket refunds follow each venue's own policy and go through its gateway.
