Privacy Policy

The Midkhal service is provided by FZHUB, owned by Faisal Mohammed Saeed Alzahrani, under Freelance Document No. FL-XXXXXXXXX.

1. Data we collect

Venue details (name, mobile, email, billing data), visitor details entered at booking (name, mobile, email) and technical logs for security.

2. Our role

Visitor data belongs to the venue; Midkhal acts as a data processor under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law.

3. Use

To run the service, send tickets, notifications and invoices, support you and protect the platform. We never sell data.

4. Service providers

Minimal data is shared with payment (PayLink and venue gateways) and email (Brevo) providers to deliver the service.

5. Security and retention

Each venue has a separate database, sensitive keys are encrypted and daily backups are kept for a limited time.

6. Your rights

You may request a copy, correction or deletion of your data by email.
