Do I need a credit card to sign up?
No. The Free plan works without a card, and you can upgrade any time.
Where does ticket money go?
Straight to your own payment gateway account (Moyasar or PayLink). Midkhal never holds your visitors’ money.
How does the gate scanner work?
On any phone: open the scanner and point the camera at the QR code. Green means valid, red means used — and it keeps working offline.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, from the Pro plan. Add one DNS record and we issue the certificate automatically.
Are invoices ZATCA-compliant?
On Pro and Business you get simplified tax invoices with the Phase 1 QR code.
How do I pay for Midkhal?
Through PayLink with mada, Apple Pay, cards, STC Pay, Tabby or Tamara — the plan activates instantly.
What happens when my plan ends?
We remind you a week before, then there is a 3-day grace period. After that you drop to Free with all data kept, and everything comes back when you renew.
Is my data safe?
Every venue has its own separate database, sensitive keys are encrypted, and we follow the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law.
